Abstract

The present invention is a glass stranded fiber mat, which comprises: glass stranded fibers (2a) composed of a first glass composition and glass stranded fibers (2b) composed of a second glass composition, wherein the content of glass stranded fibers (2a) is P1 of 20.0 to 95.0% by mass, the content of glass stranded fibers (2b) is P2 of 5.0 to 80.0% by mass, the ratio of the content of SiO2 in the first glass composition to the content of CaO is SC1 of 1.5 to 150.0%, the ratio of the content of SiO2 in the second glass composition to the content of CaO is SC2 of 1.5 to 150.0%, and satisfies the following formula (1).
