Abstract

The oxide powder of the present invention comprises at least one element selected from the group consisting of Cu, Zn, V, Mg, P, and S, and the sphericity of the oxide powder is 0.7 or more and 1.0 or less, and has a temperature region in which the size change ratio (ΔL / L) does not reach 0 in a temperature range of at least 0°C and 200°C, or has a temperature region in which the coefficient of linear expansion (α) does not reach 0 ppm / K in a temperature range of at least 0°C and 200°C. Preferably, the sphericity of the oxide powder is 0.8 or more and 1.0 or less. Furthermore, the oxide powder can be manufactured by a method comprising spheroidizing the raw material powder by flame melting or PVD.
