Abstract

The present disclosure provides a triboelectric nanosensor, a screening and detecting platform, and a screening and detecting method. The triboelectric nanosensor includes a single-electrode, a solid triboelectric layer and a fusion protein. The solid triboelectric layer is coated on a surface of the single-electrode. The fusion protein includes a target protein and a histidine tag, and the fusion protein is adsorbed on a surface of the solid triboelectric layer. The screening and detecting platform includes the triboelectric nanosensor, a detection solution, a detection tank, a reaction solution, a reaction tank, and a displacement device, in which the detection solution includes a solvent and a target analyte. Thus, by taking advantage of the fast response characteristics of the triboelectric nanosensor, the screening and detecting platform can quickly detect the affinity of the interaction between the triboelectric nanosensor and the target analyte, significantly shortening the screening and detecting time.
