Abstract
The operation method of this blast furnace includes: a blowing step in which biochar or the aforementioned biochar and pulverized coal, as well as hydrogen-based reducing gas, are blown into the blast furnace through a general tuyer; and in the aforementioned blowing step, when the aforementioned biochar is blown in, the carbon content, hydrogen content and heat of decomposition are used as management indicators to select the aforementioned biochar blown in through the aforementioned general tuyer.
