Abstract

The present disclosure provides a hydrogen penetration method of titanium-based materials, which includes the following operations. An atmospheric plasma treatment is performed on a titanium-based material so that a plurality of hydrogen atoms enters the titanium-based material. The atmospheric plasma treatment includes treating the titanium-based material with a mixture of a hydrogen plasma and an argon plasma.
