Fan bearing Anti-slip fixing structure with bushing

Abstract

A fan bearing fixing and anti-slip structure with bushings includes a fan frame, a shaft, two bearings, two bushings, and a first spring. The fan frame has a base with a protruding bearing sleeve; the shaft is disposed within the bearing sleeve; the two bearings are respectively installed within the bearing sleeve and mounted on the shaft, each bearing including an inner ring that mates with the shaft and an outer ring that mates with the bearing sleeve; the two bushings and the first spring are sleeved on the shaft and located between the inner rings of the two bearings, wherein the two bushings abut against the inner rings of the two bearings respectively, and the first spring is located between the two bushings. The two bushings generate an axial force of elastic support between the two inner rings, fixing the two inner rings in a predetermined position and restricting radial relative sliding between the inner rings and the shaft, thereby improving the stability of the bearing and extending its service life.
