Abstract
A transmission chain includes a chain body composed of multiple chain link units connected in series, and a joint assembly connected to both ends of the chain body. In the chain link units at both ends of the chain body, a protrusion is formed on the outer side of the middle section of the inner chain piece. The joint assembly has two joint members arranged in opposite directions between the chain link units at both ends of the chain body. The joint member's joint chain piece is located outside the inner chain piece. After the joint pin of the joint chain piece passes through the inner chain piece and the chain roller, the end of the joint pin with a snap-fit groove is inserted into the snap-fit hole of the other joint chain piece. During the relative displacement of the two joint members and the inner chain pieces through which they pass, the end of the joint pin with the snap-fit groove enters the snap-fit area from the insertion area of the snap-fit hole. The snap-fit flange of the snap-fit area can snap into the snap-fit groove, securing the joint pin. Simultaneously, the protrusion in the inner chain piece provides reinforcement and can stop and limit the end of the joint chain piece with the snap-fit hole, improving the stability of the connection between the joint assembly and the chain link units of the chain body.
