Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a high-pressure gas storage container and manufacturing method therefor. The high-pressure gas storage container includes a liner, an inner boss component and an outer boss component. The inner boss component includes an anti-rotation part and a position-limiting part. The liner is formed by a blow molding process and combined with the inner boss component, wherein the inner boss component is disposed in a first end portion of the liner. The outer boss component is fitted onto the first end of the liner. The liner, the inner boss component and the outer boss component are connected together by employing tooth structures thereof. The anti-rotation part and the position-limiting part are configured to limit circumferential rotation and axial displacement of the inner boss component. Consequently, the assembly of the liner, the inner boss component and the outer boss component of the high-pressure gas storage container has a more stable structure and improved gas tightness, and the reliability of the high-pressure gas storage container is enhanced.
