Abstract

A methanol catalytic converter system comprises a catalytic converter, an input device, and an output device. The catalytic converter has an internal heating space containing multiple catalysts. Within this heating space, a heating pipeline is provided, with one end continuously receiving cold water from a cold water input device, allowing the cold water to flow through the heating pipeline. The input device is connected to the catalytic converter and is controlled to spray a methanol solution in an atomized form onto the catalysts within the heating space. When the atomized methanol solution contacts the catalysts, a combustion reaction occurs, raising the temperature within the heating space, which in turn heats the cold water in the heating pipeline, converting it into steam. The output device is connected to the catalytic converter at the end of the heating pipeline opposite the cold water input device and is used to output the steam generated within the heating pipeline.
