Abstract

The invention relates to a control method for a direct expansion heat recovery temperature and humidity control device. It primarily involves the complete refrigeration cycle, including the compression process of the compressor, the condensation process of the condenser, the throttling process of the expansion valve, and the evaporation process of the evaporator. The distinguishing feature of this invention is that the condensation process of the aforementioned condenser consists of both a heat dissipation condenser and a recovery condenser. The heat dissipation condenser expels heat to the surroundings, while the recovery condenser uses cold air downstream of the evaporator to recover heat, creating a phenomenon of subcooling of the refrigerant and increasing the system’s refrigeration capacity. Additionally, the device includes at least two temperature control solenoid valves, and by controlling the opening and closing of these two valves, the heat distribution between the heat dissipation condenser and the recovery condenser can be effectively controlled. This control is achieved by using temperature and refrigerant low-pressure values as parameters, leading to more stable and energy-efficient performance.
