Sintering equipment and methods for establishing temperature prediction models for sintering equipment

Abstract

A sintering apparatus for sintering iron ore filler includes a control device that operates a temperature prediction model and stores multiple preset speed settings, a tracked conveyor, and a heating system that transmits multiple temperature data and multiple equipment parameter data to the control device. The control device obtains multiple average temperature data and at least one average equipment parameter data. For each preset speed setting, the control device uses the temperature prediction model to obtain a predicted temperature and then obtains a set temperature from the predicted temperatures. The control device uses the preset speed setting as the current speed setting so that the heating system can sinter the iron ore filler transported at the current speed setting. The invention also provides a method for establishing a temperature prediction model.
