Abstract

This invention provides a cooling device comprising an outer body with an inner groove and an inner blocking space forming an inner liquid flow space; a first outer tube disposed on the side of the outer body and connected to the inner blocking space, and having a first inner pipe connecting to the cold liquid flow space; and a second outer tube disposed on the side of the outer body and connected to the inner blocking space, and having a second inner pipe connecting to the cold liquid flow space. The inner blocking space can be evacuated to a vacuum, and the cold liquid can be delivered to the cold liquid flow space through the first inner pipe. The cold liquid absorbs heat from the lower cover plate, and the vacuum in the inner blocking space prevents the cold liquid from reaching the desired temperature. This effectively solves the problems of conventional water cooling devices that can only use room temperature water for heat conduction and that using cold water for heat conduction produces water vapor or water droplets. It achieves rapid heat conduction and cooling using cold water and avoids water vapor affecting the performance of electronic components.
