Abstract

The present application discloses a sensing device to be applied on a first biological tissue of a first biological organ of a first organism. The sensing device has a second biological tissue formed of decellularized extracellular matrix, and a sensor assembly. The second biological tissue is biocompatible with the first biological tissue. The sensor assembly is disposed on the second biological tissue and has a film base and at least one signal sensing component. The film base and the second biological tissue are biocompatible. The signal sensing component is formed on the film base with a laminated structure of at least two layers and is used to detect physiological signals of the first biological tissue or environmental signals around the first biological tissue.
