Artificial Intelligence-Based Job Quality Management System and Methods

Abstract

An artificial intelligence (AI) job quality management method comprises the following steps performed by a processor: using a first image recognition software to recognize a frame of an image segment; when a tool coordinate of a tool is recognized and located within the first coordinate region, a first time is recorded; when the tool coordinate is recognized and located outside the first coordinate region, the first time is stopped; when the tool is not recognized, at least one auxiliary image recognition software is used to recognize the first coordinate region; if it is still uncertain whether the tool appears in the first coordinate region, a detection confidence threshold of the first image recognition software is lowered, and recognition is performed again; after all frames of the image segment have been recognized, the job quality result is determined based on the accumulated first time, and the result is displayed on a monitor.
