Abstract

[Topic] This disclosure relates to a learning system for a machine learning model possessed by an autonomous robot capable of coexisting with humans. [Solution] A learning system comprising at least an extraction unit, an interpretation unit, and a learning unit. The system stores the actions selected by the agent (i.e., causes) and a causal relationship group containing the corresponding results of the preceding causes. The preceding extraction unit extracts features corresponding to each of the one or more preceding results constituting the preceding causal relationship group from the environment. The preceding interpretation unit infers the ethical interpretation of each of the one or more preceding results based on the preceding features and identifies the ethical results in the preceding causal relationship group. The preceding learning unit assigns rewards to the selection of preceding ethical results and / or preceding actions corresponding to causes related to those results, performing reinforcement learning processing of the judgment model.
