[Solution] The cable bundle manufacturing apparatus 1 for manufacturing cable bundles 100 includes: a supply unit 10 for supplying cables 101, a twisting device 30 capable of twisting and discharging the cables 101, a first fixing device 21 movably disposed between the supply unit 10 and the twisting device 30 and capable of fixing the cables 101, a first guiding device 25 guiding the movement of the first fixing device 21 between the supply unit 10 and the twisting device 30, and a second fixing device 50 capable of fixing the cables 101 discharged from the twisting device 30.
