Electrostatic capacitance sensor and electrostatic capacitance sensor unit with heating function

Abstract

The object of this invention is to provide an electrostatic capacitive sensor that can improve sensitivity. The solution is an electrostatic capacitive sensor 10 with a heating function, comprising: a conductive portion 30 forming an electrostatic capacitance between itself and a detected object 100; and a substrate 20 having electrical insulation properties and supporting the conductive portion 30; wherein the conductive portion 30 comprises: a first conductive layer 40 that is heated by resistance; and a second conductive layer 70 that contacts and is electrically connected to the first conductive layer 40; the resistivity ρ2 of the second conductive layer 70 is higher than the resistivity ρ1 of the first conductive layer 40; and the second conductive layer 70 has a non-repeating portion 72 that is not repeated in a plan view from the first conductive layer 40.
