Abstract
The coating composition of the present invention can be made into a polyolefin-based electrochemical element membrane that does not impede ion permeability even when forming a film. The coating composition contains: (A) a linear organopolysiloxane containing at least two alkenyl groups bonded to silicon atoms in one molecule; (B) a resinous organopolysiloxane having R3SiO1 / 2 units and SiO4 / 2 units (where R independently represents a monovalent hydrocarbon group with 1 to 6 carbon atoms, and at least two of them in one molecule are alkenyl groups); (C) an organohydrogen polysiloxane containing at least two hydrogen atoms bonded to silicon atoms in one molecule: relative to the total number of alkenyl groups bonded to silicon atoms in components (A) and (B), the number of hydrogen atoms bonded to silicon atoms in component (C) is 0.5 to 15.0; and (D) a hydrogenation catalyst.
