Abstract
A stator comprising: a stator core having a plurality of teeth, wherein a plurality of slots arranged circumferentially are formed between adjacent teeth in the plurality of teeth; a plurality of coils located in the plurality of slots; and a busbar electrically connecting coils of the same phase among the plurality of coils; each of the plurality of coils having: an annular portion formed by winding a conductor; and a pair of lead portions located at the outermost periphery of the annular portion, having different circumferential positions relative to the annular portion among adjacent coils in the circumferential direction, and extending outward from the slots toward the busbar; the plurality of coils adjacent in the circumferential direction among the plurality of coils are electrically connected to form a coil group, wherein adjacent coils in the circumferential direction are joined together by lead portions, and the lead portions at the circumferential ends of the coils located at the circumferential ends are electrically connected to the busbar.
