Abstract

A transmitter includes first and second transistors, a capacitor, a resistor, first and second load resistors, and a current source. The first transistor has gate terminal for receiving first input signal and first terminal for outputting second output signal. The second transistor has gate terminal for receiving second input signal and first terminal for outputting first output signal. The capacitor and the resistor are coupled between second terminal of the first transistor and second terminal of the second transistor. The first load resistor is coupled between first terminal of the first transistor and a first node. The second load resistor is coupled between first terminal of the second transistor and the first node. The current source is coupled to at least one of first terminal of the first transistor, first terminal of the second transistor, and the first node.
