Abstract
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a MEMS microphone includes a substrate; a MEMS structure disposed on the substrate; a signal processing element disposed on the substrate and processing a signal of the MEMS structure; a first passive element part patterned on the substrate and electrically connected to a power input terminal of the signal processing element; and a second-first passive element part disposed on the substrate and connected in parallel with the first passive element part.
