Abstract

A method for use in a wireless transmit / receive unit (WTRU) comprises receiving first information. The first information indicates a number of transmitted synchronization signal blocks (SSBs). The method comprises receiving second information. The second information indicates a low power wake-up signal (LP-WUS) occasion (LO). The LO comprises a set of monitoring occasions (MOs). A number of MOs in the set of MOs is based on the number of transmitted SSBs. The method comprises receiving third information. The third information indicates a subset of beams for receiving an LP-WUS. The subset of beams is a subset of the transmitted SSBs. The method comprises monitoring for the LP-WUS in at least one MO of the set of MOs. The at least one MO is associated with the subset of beams.
