Abstract
An example of a semiconductor memory device includes a substrate; bitlines extending in a first direction on the substrate; first back gate lines extending in a second direction; first semiconductor patterns connected to the bitlines and extending in a third direction, on the first back gate lines; wordlines extending in the second direction on the first semiconductor patterns; second semiconductor patterns connected to the bitlines and extending in the third direction, on the wordlines; and second back gate lines extending in the second direction on the second semiconductor patterns.
