Abstract

An electronic device is provided in this disclosure. The electronic device include a substrate, a driving circuit located on the substrate, a first shielding pattern, a second shielding pattern, a first organic layer, and a conductive layer. In some embodiments, the first shielding pattern is located on the driving circuit and includes a first opening. The first organic layer is located on the first shielding pattern and includes a second opening overlapping the first opening. The conductive layer is electrically connected with the driving circuit via the first opening and the second opening. The second shielding pattern is located in the first opening and the second opening. In some embodiments, the first organic layer is located on the driving circuit and includes a first opening and a second opening. The conductive layer is electrically connected with the driving circuit via the second opening. The first shielding pattern and the second shielding pattern are located in the first opening and the second opening, respectively. A depth of the first opening is different from that of the second opening.
