Test handler

Abstract

A test handler includes a press head backplate configured to move toward a tester; a press head supporting a press driver for pushing the press head backplate and disposed apart from the press head backplate; a first temperature adjustment unit and a second temperature adjustment unit for supplying a temperature-controlled gas; and a duct unit disposed between the press head and the press head backplate to guide the temperature-controlled gas supplied from the first temperature adjustment unit and the second temperature adjustment unit to the press head backplate. The first temperature adjustment unit includes a first fan disposed above the duct unit, and the second temperature adjustment unit includes a second fan disposed below the duct unit.
