Fully recyclable tubular fabric structure

Abstract

The present invention relates to a fully recyclable tubular fabric structure, including a main body, a first opening, a second opening, and an air layer, wherein the main body is a tubular structure with openings at both ends and includes an outer tubular part and an inner tubular part, the outer tubular part surrounds the exterior of the inner tubular part, and the outer and inner tubular parts are joined at both ends to form the main body; the first and the second openings are located at both ends of the main body, respectively, and are communicated with each other; and the air layer is an interlayer between the outer and inner tubular parts; wherein the inner and outer tubular parts are composed of air-textured yarns (ATY) of polyester. The present invention addresses the issue of conventional fiber objects being unable to achieve fully recyclability.
