Manufacturing process for shoe soles made of fiber material

Abstract

The present invention relates to a manufacturing process for shoe soles made of fiber material, which includes the following steps: a pressure bonding step, a first material feeding step, a first heat-melting step, a first removal step, a first cooling step, a second material feeding step, a second heat-melting step, a second cooling step, and a second removal step. By pre-treating the fabric and rubber mold, and sequentially placing the combined fabric and rubber mold along with the rubber preform into a sole molding mold for hot-press forming, removal, and cooling, the outsole is formed. Then, the formed outsole and foamed preform are placed into a shoe sole molding mold for hot-press forming, cooling, and removal, making it easy to complete the production of the shoe sole.
