A mattress with support columns and its manufacturing method

Abstract

A mattress with support columns and a method for manufacturing the same include providing a molding die; wherein the molding die is composed of a grid-like partition and a molding groove, the grid-like partition including a spacer with a certain depth; filling the molding die with a viscous mattress molding material; shaping the viscous mattress molding material in the molding die into a mattress; and removing the mattress from the molding die, thus completing the manufacturing of the mattress. This method helps reduce manufacturing costs and solves the problem of high costs in existing mattress production technology. The mattress includes a mattress body and multiple support columns, wherein a groove is formed between two adjacent support columns. When a user uses the mattress, each support column can individually support different parts of the body and maintain a close fit with the user.
