Abstract

A lower limb massage device 1 includes: an insertion recess 3 for a user U to insert his / her lower limb; a massage mechanism 4 for massaging a treatment area of ​​the user U's lower limb inserted into the insertion recess 3; and a housing 2 for holding the massage mechanism 4 inside. In the lower limb massage device 1, a continuous elongated groove 5 is provided at the bottom inner part of the insertion recess 3, extending in a vertical direction along the outline of the posterior side of the lower limb. The elongated groove 5 is formed to penetrate the interior of the housing 2 and the insertion recess 3. The massage mechanism 4 has a tapping treatment element 6, which moves in a retracting manner through the elongated groove 5 toward the inside of the insertion recess 3, vibrating or tapping the treatment area. The tapping treatment element 6 is configured to move vertically along the length of the elongated groove 5.
