Abstract

The disclosure provides a method for manufacturing phenolic compound particles comprising diffusion mixing an oil-phase mixture and aqueous phase for self-assembling the phenolic compound particles. The disclosure also provides use of the phenolic compound particles for the manufacture of a medicament for immunomodulation, suppressing allergic reactions, reducing inflammation, or treating cancer or an adjuvant for immune composition.
