Antibacterial whitening acne patch

Abstract

The present invention relates to an acne patch designed for skincare, featuring a hydrocolloid substrate that absorbs exudates and protects the affected area. Antibacterial agent (4-isopropyl-m-cresol) and / or whitening agent (Vitamin C Ester) are incorporated into the hydrocolloid to simultaneously inhibit acne-causing bacteria and reduce post-acne pigmentation. A polyurethane (PU) film is attached to the back of the hydrocolloid layer, providing waterproof and breathable properties. This invention offers three different formulations with or without antibacterial and / or whitening components, allowing users to address various levels of acne care.
