Abstract

In allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation as a treatment for hematologic malignancies, it is possible to simultaneously enhance the graft-versus-tumor effect (GVT effect) and / or the graft-versus-leukemia effect (GVL effect), and inhibit the graft-versus-host disease (GVHD). This relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing ropei interferon for enhancing GVL and / or GVT effects in hematopoietic cell transplantation therapy.
