[0025] As shown in FIG6 , the user can move the connecting rod 24 up and down relative to the connecting seat 23 and position it to adjust the up and down position of the support pad 27 of the support pad module 22 in the up and down direction. Similarly, the user can also move the mounting seat 26 left and right relative to the connecting rod 24 and position it to adjust the left and right position of the support pad 27 of the support pad module 22 in the left and right direction. In addition, as shown in FIG7 , the user can move the support pad 27 forward and backward relative to the mounting seat 26 and position it to adjust the front and back position of the support pad 27 in the front and back direction. In this way, the user can adjust the support pad 27 to an appropriate up and down position, left and right position, and front and back position according to his or her body proportions.

[0026] As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 , the power-assisting unit 30 is disposed on the frame unit 10 and connected to the support pad unit 20 . The power-assisting unit 30 is used to drive the support pad unit 20 to move upward.

[0027] In this embodiment, the power-assisting unit 30 includes several counterweights 31 arranged on the side frame 13 and stacked along the up-down direction, two pulleys 32 pivotally arranged on the middle cross bar 132 of the side frame 13 and spaced apart from each other in the front-to-back direction, and a connecting rope 33. The connecting rope 33 has a first end 331 of a base portion 231 of a connecting seat 23 connected to the connecting frame 21 of the support pad unit 20, a second end 332 connected to at least one counterweight 31, and an intermediate section 333 connected between the first end 331 and the second end 332 and wound around the pulleys 32. The counterweight 31 is away from the grip unit 50 in the front-to-back direction and adjacent to the rear column 133 of the side frame 13. The support pad unit 20 is located between the counterweights 31 and the grip unit 50 in the front-to-back direction.

[0028] In this embodiment, the power-assisting unit 30 is used to provide an upward supporting force F (see FIG. 12 ) to the support pad module 22 of the support pad unit 20 in the vertical direction. The power-assisting unit 30 also includes an adjustment rod module 34 that can upwardly drive a selected counterweight 31. The second end 332 of the linkage rope 33 is connected to the selected counterweight 31 via the adjustment rod module 34. The user can adjust the magnitude of the upward supporting force F by selecting the number of counterweights 31 to be driven. The upward supporting force F is equal to the weight of the driven counterweights 31.

[0029] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the auxiliary cushion unit 40 is arranged on the base frame 11 and is located between the support pad unit 20 and the grip unit 50 in the front-to-back direction. The auxiliary cushion unit 40 has an auxiliary cushion 41 extending along the left-right direction and several support legs 42 connected between the auxiliary cushion 41 and the base frame 11. The auxiliary cushion 41 can be used for the user's upper limbs to lean against.

[0030] As shown in Figures 1, 8, and 9, the grip unit 50 includes a grip 51 that is adjustably mounted on the front frame 12 of the frame unit 10 along the left-right direction, and a grip positioning pin 52. The grip 51 is spaced apart from the support pad module 22 in the front-to-back direction.

[0031] In this embodiment, the grip frame 51 has an upper slider 53 extending along the left-right direction and slidingly connected to the upper guide rail portion 124, a lower slider 54 extending along the left-right direction and slidingly connected to the lower guide rail portion 125, two vertical rods 55 connected between the upper slider 53 and the lower slider 54, a number of horizontal grip rods 56 spaced apart in the up-down direction and extending along the left-right direction, a straight grip rod 57 extending along the up-down direction and spaced apart from the horizontal grip rods 56 in the left-right direction, and a number of connecting horizontal rods 58 extending along the left-right direction.

[0032] The vertical rods 55 are spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction and extend in the up-down direction. The cross grips 56 are arranged between the vertical rods 55 and between the upper slider 53 and the lower slider 54 in the up-down direction. The straight grip 57 is spaced apart from one of the vertical rods 55 in the left-right direction. The connecting cross rods 58 are spaced apart from each other in the up-down direction between the straight grip 57 and one of the vertical rods 55.

[0033] The grip frame positioning pin 52 passes through the lower slider 54 and is selectively positioned in one of the grip frame positioning holes 126 .

[0034] As shown in FIG10 , the user can move the grip frame 51 left or right relative to the front frame 12 and position it to adjust the left and right position of the grip frame 51 in the left-right direction. In this way, the user can adjust the left and right position of the grip frame 51 according to their body proportions.

[0035] Thus, as shown in FIG11 , when a user utilizes this embodiment to assist in performing the human flag fitness exercise, the user can first lie down on his side and place his hip against the support pad 27 of the support pad module 22, and use his own weight to press down the support pad module 22. Then, the user slightly bends his lower arm and places his elbow against the auxiliary cushion 41. Then, the user opens his hands and holds two horizontal grips 56 of the grip frame 51. At this time, the counterweight 31 connected to the linkage rope 33 (whose total weight is usually less than the user's weight) will move along with the support pad unit 2. 0 is lowered and lifted upward. Thereafter, as shown in FIG12 , the user exerts force with both hands and supports the body horizontally. At this time, the portion of the counterweight 31 connected to the linkage rope 33 moves downward due to gravity, providing the upward support force F, causing the support pad unit 20 to rise. The support pad module 22 assists the user in lifting the body in the vertical direction and allows the user's lower arm to leave the auxiliary cushion 41. In this way, the user can successfully perform the human flag movement using a force less than their own body weight (i.e., the user's body weight minus the weight of the portion of the counterweight 31). Alternatively, the user can choose to perform the human flag movement by gripping both hands on the straight grip bar 57 (see FIG8 ) to change the grip position and train different arm muscle groups.

[0036] It is understandable that since the upward support force F is equal to the weight of the portion of counterweights 31 being driven, when the user chooses to drive a larger number of counterweights 31, the upward support force F will be greater, and the human flag movement will be easier to complete. Conversely, if the user wants to enhance the fitness effect, they can choose to drive a smaller number of counterweights 31.

[0037] Through the above description, the advantages of the present invention can be summarized as follows:

[0038] First, the present invention utilizes the design of the support pad unit 20 in conjunction with the power-assisting unit 30. When a user performs a human flag exercise, the power-assisting unit 30 provides the upward support force F. This not only saves the user effort, but also allows the user's body to be supported by the support pad module 22, resulting in a more stable center of gravity. This helps the user maintain the human flag pose, resulting in a better fitness effect.

[0039] Second, the present invention utilizes the design that the grip 51 can be adjusted left and right, and the support pad 27 can be adjusted up and down, left and right, and forward and backward. This allows users with different body proportions to adjust the grip 51 and the support pad 27 to the optimal position suitable for their own force application, and the present invention has good applicability.

[0040] 3. The present invention utilizes the design of the support pad unit 20 in conjunction with the auxiliary cushion unit 40 to provide support to the user's hips and elbows when the user first performs the warm-up exercise of the human flag pose, thereby helping the user to successfully complete the subsequent human flag pose fitness exercise.

[0041] In summary, the human flag fitness device of the present invention not only allows the user to perform the human flag movement with less effort, but also helps the user to continuously maintain the human flag movement, resulting in a better fitness effect. Moreover, the device is suitable for different users and has a wide range of applications, thereby truly achieving the purpose of the present invention.

[0042] However, the above is merely an embodiment of the present invention and should not be used to limit the scope of implementation of the present invention. All simple equivalent changes and modifications made according to the scope of the patent application of the present invention and the content of the patent specification are still within the scope of the patent of the present invention.
