Gas recovery equipment

Abstract

The gas recovery device of the present invention comprises: a separator having a conveying membrane into which a target gas containing a specific component gas can flow, wherein the permeability of the specific component gas in the target gas is higher than the permeability of other main component gases in the target gas; and a gas recovery device that contacts the permeated gas that has passed through the conveying membrane with an absorbent and recovers the specific component gas from the permeated gas. The gas recovery device includes a cooling tower that cools the permeated gas before it comes into contact with the absorbent. The gas recovery device further comprises: a humidifier that generates water vapor and supplies the generated water vapor to the separator; and a condensate supply line that supplies condensate generated by cooling the permeated gas using the cooling tower to the humidifier.
