Abstract

The present invention addresses the problem of providing a rotating body structure for a vertical centrifuge that eliminates the need for a regulating plate, improves the concentration of concentrated microorganisms, and allows for the recovery of concentrated microorganisms with high commercial value. This problem is solved by a rotating body structure for a vertical centrifuge (1) comprising a light liquid chamber (18) and a heavy liquid chamber (21), characterized in that the heavy liquid chamber (21) is divided into chambers by an upper partition (210), a side partition (211), and a rear partition (212) for discharging heavy liquid. The heavy liquid impeller (22) of the concentrate in the liquid chamber (21) is located on the upper part of the back partition (211) and no adjustment plate is provided. In the gap between the rotating body cover (12) connected to the side partition (212) and the water intake plate (15), a heavy liquid flow path (150) is formed to send the concentrate in the separation chamber (16) to the heavy liquid chamber (21). The water intake plate (15) extends to the bottom (13) of the separation chamber (16) and a gap is formed between the front end and the bottom of the water intake plate (15).
