Abstract

This invention provides a flexibly assembled riser sleeve suitable for riser requirements of different sizes and shapes in the casting process. The riser sleeve consists of an arc plate and a straight plate with a convex-concave interlocking structure. Through this interlocking method, various shapes can be combined and assembled. The arc plate is used to assemble circular or arc-shaped sections, and the straight plate is used to assemble straight sections. Together, they form circular or waist-shaped riser structures. This design avoids the production and inventory problems caused by the fixed dimensions of traditional riser sleeves, and is easy to operate; a single person can complete the assembly. At the same time, the convex-concave structure ensures the stability after assembly, effectively improving the heat dissipation and insulation effect of the riser sleeve, avoiding problems such as water leakage and sand adhesion during pouring, and offering advantages such as reduced costs and increased production efficiency.
