Abstract

A pressurized and cooled cutting nozzle structure for a machining center, used in a cooling fluid spraying system, includes a vortex tube, a cold air flow tube, a coolant tube, and a rotary pressurized nozzle. The coolant tube connects to the coolant supply system, and the cold air flow tube connects to the cold end outlet of the vortex tube. A tee pipe and a control valve connect the cold air flow tube, the coolant tube, and the rotary pressurized nozzle. The rotary pressurized nozzle consists of a shell, a spiral body, and a nozzle. The shell has a fluid inlet connected to the tee pipe, which delivers coolant, cold air flow, or a combination thereof into its interior. The spiral body is rotatable and has spiral channels on its surface, which guide and pressurize the cooling fluid during rotation, spraying it through the nozzle to the cutting zone to reduce the temperature of the cutting zone and the cutting tool.
