Layered mold for decorative pieces

Abstract

A layered mold for decorative pieces includes a first mold and a second mold. The body of the first mold has an open surface, on which a casting area with a periphery is formed, and multiple casting grooves, each with a casting gate, are formed in the casting area. The body of the second mold has a mating surface, through which a through hole with sidewalls is passed. The contour of the sidewalls matches the contour of the periphery. When the second mold and the first mold are mated, the mating surfaces face and abut against the open surface, and the sidewalls surround the periphery of the casting area. Thus, after liquid silicone is injected into the multiple casting grooves and leveled, a layer of liquid silicone is injected into the through hole of the second mold, which can solidify the liquid silicone into a silicone sheet with silicone flakes and multiple silicone blocks. This allows for the rapid manufacture of decorative pieces and enables the decorative pieces to be layered with different colors.
