Abstract

One embodiment of the present invention relates to an optical filter, a solid-state imaging device, a camera module, or a dielectric multilayer film. The optical filter has a substrate and a first dielectric multilayer film located on at least one side of the substrate. The first dielectric multilayer film has film H, film A, film B, and film L. When the refractive index of light at a wavelength of 475 nm of film H is set as RH, the refractive index of light at a wavelength of 475 nm of film A is set as RA, the refractive index of light at a wavelength of 475 nm of film B is set as RB, and the refractive index of light at a wavelength of 475 nm of film L is set as RL, RH is 2.0 or more, RL is less than 1.6, and the relationship RL < RB < RA < RH is satisfied. The first dielectric multilayer film has a laminated structure formed by two or more films B, L, B, A, H, and A stacked sequentially. The outermost layer on the side opposite to the substrate has a film Z with a refractive index of light at a wavelength of 475 nm less than 1.6.
