Foldable child safety seat

Abstract

The present disclosure provides a foldable child safety seat, comprising: a seat portion including a seat main body and armrest portions, wherein a receiving groove is formed between the seat main body and the armrest portion; and a backrest portion including a first backrest part and a second backrest part. The first backrest part is pivotally connected to the seat portion and rotatable between a use position and a folded position. The second backrest part is slidably connected to the first backrest part to adjust the length of the backrest portion. When the backrest portion is in the folded position, the second backrest part can be partially engaged into the receiving groove through sliding relative to the first backrest part. The child safety seat according to the present disclosure features a structurally simple pivot release mechanism.
