Operating mechanism

Abstract

The present application relates to an operating mechanism including: an operating member configured to be movable in a first direction between a to-be-operated position and an operating position, and a retainer configured to be movable in a second direction between a retaining position and a releasing position. The first direction intersects with the second direction. When the retainer is in the retaining position, the operating member abuts against the retainer in the first direction, so that the retainer prevents the operating member from moving from the operating position to the to-be-operated position. The operating mechanism can maintain the operating member in the operating position without the need for continuous external force applied by the user.
