Abstract

The present invention includes a method for manufacturing a bicycle saddle (10), the method comprising the steps of: providing a casting mold; applying a coating agent comprising polyurethane to a female mold of the casting mold to form a cover layer (20) of the bicycle saddle (10); and introducing polyurethane (PU) foam into the female mold covered with the coating agent to form a pad block (18) of a saddle pad (17) of the bicycle saddle (10). The present invention also includes a bicycle saddle (10). The invention further comprises a bicycle saddle (10).
