Five-way central axis assembly

Abstract

[Problem] To provide a bottom bracket axle assembly that allows for easy assembly and disassembly of bearing units. [Solution] The bottom bracket axle assembly has a rotation center axis for defining axial, radial, and circumferential directions, and includes: a bearing unit, an adapter member, and a fixing member; the bearing unit includes: an inner wheel, an outer wheel, and a plurality of rolling elements arranged radially between the inner wheel and the outer wheel; the adapter member has an adapter thread and is mounted on the bottom bracket axle suspension of the manual-drive vehicle and mounts the outer wheel of the bearing unit; the fixing member detachably fixes the bearing unit to the adapter member axially; the fixing member has a fixing thread for engaging with the adapter thread of the adapter member.
