Abstract

A loading equipment includes a first platform, a conveying mechanism and a pushing mechanism. The first platform has a feed end and a discharge end, and the first platform is configured to support a carrier. The conveying mechanism is disposed on the first platform and has a feeding assembly and a discharging assembly, which are respectively disposed at the feed end and the discharge end. The pushing mechanism corresponds to the feed end. When a material member enters the feed end, the feeding assembly drives the material member into the carrier, and the push mechanism selectively drives the material member to be accommodated in the carrier or drive the material to the discharging assembly to leave the carrier.

Claims

1. A loading device, comprising: a first platform having an inlet end and an outlet end, the first platform being configured to carry a carrier; a conveying mechanism disposed on the first platform, having an inlet assembly and an outlet assembly respectively disposed at the inlet end and the outlet end; and a pushing mechanism corresponding to the inlet end; wherein, When a component enters the feed end, the feed assembly carries the component into the carrier, and the pusher can selectively drive the component to be received in the carrier or drive the component to the discharge assembly to leave the carrier; wherein the carrier has a plurality of receiving grooves, and the loading device further includes a first lifting mechanism configured to drive the first platform to move along a first direction, thereby driving one of the receiving grooves to be positioned on the component.

2. The loading device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the feeding assembly includes at least one first roller and at least one first drive motor, the at least one first drive motor being configured to drive the at least one first roller to move the material into the carrier.

3. The loading device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the discharge assembly includes at least one second roller and at least one second drive motor, the at least one second drive motor being configured to drive the at least one second roller to move the material away from the carrier.

4. The loading device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the first roller and the second roller are made of a first elastic material.

5. The loading device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the pushing mechanism includes a first push rod and a first drive member, the first drive member being configured to drive the first push rod to move along and rotate about the first direction.

6. The loading device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the pushing mechanism further includes a second push rod and a second drive member, the second drive member being configured to drive the second push rod to move along the first direction and rotate about the first direction.

7. The loading device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the first push rod has an elongated structure, the second push rod has an elongated structure, and the length of the first push rod is greater than the length of the second push rod.

8. The loading device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the first push rod has a first contact portion configured to contact the material, and the first contact portion has an arcuate structure when viewed along the first direction.

9. The loading device as claimed in claim 8, wherein the second push rod has a second contact portion configured to contact the material, and the second contact portion has an arcuate structure when viewed along the first direction, wherein the first contact portion and the second contact portion are made of a second elastic material.

The loading device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the material is conveyed from a first machine located before the loading device, and when the loading device learns from a notification signal transmitted by the first machine that the material meets a qualification standard, the loading device controls the first push rod to push the material to the discharge assembly and then to a second machine.

The loading device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the material is conveyed from a first machine located before the loading device, and when the loading device learns from a notification signal transmitted by the first machine that the material does not meet a qualification standard, the loading device controls the second push rod to push the material into the carrier for storage.

The loading device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the loading device further includes a base, the first lifting mechanism and the pushing mechanism are disposed on the base, the first lifting mechanism having two guide rods and a first telescopic cylinder, the guide rods being connected between the first platform and the base, and the first telescopic cylinder being configured to drive the first platform to move along the first direction.

The loading device as claimed in claim 13, wherein the loading device is disposed between a first machine and a second machine, the loading device further comprising a transfer mechanism disposed on the first platform, wherein when the first platform is not provided with the carrier, the transfer mechanism is configured to transfer the material from the first machine to the second machine.

15. The loading device as claimed in claim 14, wherein the loading device further includes a second lifting mechanism disposed within the first platform, the second lifting mechanism being configured to drive the transfer mechanism to extend from within the first platform to the feed end.

The loading device as claimed in claim 15, wherein the second lifting mechanism has a second telescopic cylinder connected between a second platform of the transfer mechanism and the first platform, and the second telescopic cylinder is configured to drive the second platform to move along the first direction.

17. The loading device as claimed in claim 16, wherein the transfer mechanism further comprises at least one conveyor belt and at least one transfer motor, the at least one transfer motor being configured to drive the at least one conveyor belt to transfer the material from the feed assembly to the discharge assembly.

18. A production line, comprising: The first machine; A second machine; And a loading device as described in claim 1, disposed before the first machine, between the first machine and the second machine, or disposed after the second machine.
