Abstract

The BET specific surface area is 500 m² / g or more and 1300 m² / g or less, the peak intensity ratio G / D in Raman spectroscopy is 30 or more and 150 or less, the average diameter is 1 nm or more and 5 nm or less, and single-walled carbon nanotubes are excluded. (However, the aforementioned intensity ratio G / D refers to the ratio when the maximum intensity of the G-band scattered light peak in the range of 1570 cm⁻¹ to 1620 cm⁻¹ is set as G, and the maximum intensity of the D-band scattered light peak in the range of 1320 cm⁻¹ to 1370 cm⁻¹ is set as D).
