Abstract
This invention belongs to the field of petrochemical technology and relates to a catalytic cracking catalyst with high porosity and / or vanadium resistance, and its preparation method. The catalyst is obtained by in-situ crystallization of a magnesium- and / or vanadium-containing reactive metal aluminosilicate composite material to form a molecular sieve. The magnesium- and / or vanadium-containing reactive metal aluminosilicate composite material is obtained by spray molding after activation of carbon-containing minerals rich in kaolinite. This invention facilitates the industrial production of small-crystal Y-type molecular sieves synthesized on magnesium- and / or vanadium-containing reactive metal aluminosilicate composite materials. More active centers are exposed, the number of exposed pores increases, the micropore channels are shortened, and the cracking products are more easily stripped and diffused, reducing secondary cracking of gasoline. It exhibits better heavy oil cracking reactivity and resistance to heavy metal pollution, higher light oil (gasoline + LPG) yield, and fewer coke by-products.
