Prepare a difunctional compound containing a branched perfluoroalkyl group as represented by formula (1) (Rf1 is -F or -CF3, Rf2 is -CnF2n+1 (n=1~3), X is selected from the group consisting of -F, -O-M+, -N-HM+, -N-M+SO2Rf3, Y is selected from the group consisting of -SO2F, -SO3-M+, -SO2N-HM+, -SO2N-M+SO2Rf3, -I, Rf3 is -CnF2n+1 (n=1~4), M is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkali metal ions, alkaline earth metal ions, and onium ions).
