Abstract

A novel acid dianhydride and its manufacturing method are provided, as well as polyamide and polyimide using the same. The novel acid dianhydride is used as a raw material monomer for polyimide, which exhibits excellent heat resistance, low thermal expansion, and mechanical strength while utilizing bio-based raw materials.
