Abstract
The present invention discloses a small molecule TNF-α inhibitor and uses thereof. The invention provides a compound represented by formula (I), a stereoisomer thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The compound of the invention exhibits good inhibitory activity against TNF-α-induced NF-κB initiation and possesses favorable pharmacodynamic, pharmacokinetic, and safety profiles, and can be used for the prevention and / or treatment of TNF-α-related diseases.
