Abstract

The present invention relates to a novel salt of a bicyclic heterocyclyl compound and a crystalline form thereof. The novel salt of the bicyclic heterocyclyl compound is N-((R)-1-(3-(difluoromethyl)-2-fluorophenyl)ethyl)-6-((S)-hexahydropyrazino[2,1-c][1,4]oxazin-8(1H)-yl)cinnolin-4-amine hydrochloride that exhibits excellent photostability, thermal and moisture stability, and bioavailability, and can be usefully utilized for the formulation of pharmaceutical preparations and can exhibit excellent efficacy in preventing or treating a cancer.
